Contract Scope

The objective of this Basic Purchasing Agreement (BPA) is to source, acquire, and manage delivery of a broad range of National Stock Numbers (NSN) and Services under NAICS Codes 336413 (Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing) & 332710 (machine shops) in support of Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division – Lakehurst. Scope of BPA to include Machining Services for Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment and Source, Procure, & Deliver Aircraft Landing Equipment. Calls shall not exceed warrant level of purchaser, and in no case the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $250K.

Contract Scope

The objective of this 3PEP Acquisition Program is to provide sourcing, acquisition, and delivery management of a broad range of support equipment National Stock Numbers (NSNs) with an initial estimated unit price of forty thousand dollars or less and not to exceed $1,000,000 in total per NSN per calendar year to support Air Force (AF) requirements. Navy, Army, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) may utilize 3PEP contracts under 3PEP guidelines.

The 3PEP contract scope also includes the capability for 3PEP providers to perform sustaining engineering tasks and/or oversight necessary to resolve supportability challenges caused by obsolescence or Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS).

Contract Scope

Goals are decreased Administrative Lead Time (ALT), improved Production Lead Time (PLT), and improved material availability in a competitive environment.

Contract Scope

The objective of this Support Equipment and Vehicle Strategic Replenishment (SEV-SRC) contract is to deliver a broad range of ground and aircraft common support equipment (CSE) end items from approximately 60 federal stock classes (FSC) in support of the Air Force (AF), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Air National Guard (ANG), AF Reserve as well as other services. A descriptive range of the assets involved consists of but is not limited to aerial stores lift trucks, aircraft engine trailers, air conditioners and heaters, base and aircraft arresting systems, basic expeditionary airfield resources, cranes, dollies, lift-adapters, and various electronic and mechanical aircraft maintenance testers.
